Job Description



  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, confirmation, transfers, exits, and offboarding processes


  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including monthly payroll, bonuses, and statutory contributions, in collaboration with outsourced payroll vendors


  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation


  • Support benefits administration, leave management, and employee queries related to HR policies or payroll


  • Coordinate and manage internal employee engagement initiatives such as townhalls, events, and wellness activities


  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review


  • Assist in audits and ensure HR documentation and processes meet compliance standards



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 3 years of HR experience within similar industries.


  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, HR practices, and business operations.


  • Excellent business acumen, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.


  • Experience working with external payroll vendors and HRIS systems such as SAP Successfactors


  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.


  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
