As they expand and evolve, they are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join the team in Singapore to help lead and execute transformative HR initiatives across APAC, while managing day-to-day HR operations effectively.

Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's regional HR transformation agenda. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of change, collaborating with multiple APAC offices to design and implement innovative HR strategies that enhance the people capabilities and business performance. Alongside these strategic initiatives, you will also manage core HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day HR delivery locally.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support regional HR transformation projects across APAC, partnering with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and systems that support workforce agility and productivity.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations in Singapore including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees on HR policies, best practices, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate closely with HR counterparts in the APAC region to ensure consistent execution of HR initiatives and sharing of best practices.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.



The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to both strategic HR transformation and operational HR management.
  • Experience working in a regional or multinational corporate environment, preferably in financial services or related industries.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Solid knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Singapore and familiarity with APAC regional HR landscapes.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for driving change and operational excellence.
