Job Description

* Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with business goals
* Manage talent acquisition and on boarding across multiple countries
* Lead employee development, training, and performance management programs
* Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in each country
* Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives regionally
* Support change management and organisational development efforts
* Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with operational needs
* Oversee HR policies, processes, and systems implementation across the region

The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience as an HR leader or regional HR manager, ideally within industrial or technology sectors
* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives to business objectives
* Excellent knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices across multiple countries
* Skilled in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
* Effective communicator and influencer, able to build strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams
* Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments
* Demonstrated ability to lead change management and foster a positive organisational culture
* Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making
