Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits, including salary reviews and performance bonuses.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations matters.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Monitor HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • At least 10 years of proven track record in HR full spectrum capacity, preferably within FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in multicultural environment.
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in managing HR systems and data analytics tools.
