Job Description

* Lead the design and implementation of OD strategies across APAC, including culture, leadership development, and succession planning
* Partner with senior leadership to embed cultural values across diverse workforce segments, including blue-collar populations
* Develop and deliver culture workshops, leadership frameworks, and engagement strategies across multiple countries
* Scale succession planning from senior leadership to mid- and emerging talent across the organisation
* Collaborate with local HR teams to tailor and implement programs effectively at the country level
* Provide thought leadership on OD practices, tools, and metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Report directly to the executive leadership team and act as a strategic advisor on organisational health

The Successful Applicant

* 8-12 years' experience in OD, ideally in a regional or group-level role
* Proven track record of building and executing OD programs across diverse markets
* Strong workshop design and facilitation capabilities
* Effective communicator and stakeholder manager across multiple levels and cultures
* Experience in Consulting or Centre of Excellence roles is a plus
* Passionate about culture-building, leadership development, and scalable people strategies
