Due to increase in AUM & expansion, they are currently looking for a new Operations Associate to join their team and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day back and middle office processes.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, your key responsibilities would include:

  • Monitor and confirm trade settlements across various asset classes
  • Assist in daily reconciliations of trading activity and cash positions
  • Manage and review fund NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations and investor reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies and operational issues
  • Help streamline and improve operational processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting to investors and stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in hedge fund operations, fund accounting, or a related financial operations role
  • Familiarity with trade lifecycle, middle/back-office functions, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong product knowledge in Equities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
