Our client is looking for candidates with at least 2 years of banking operations experience to join them as a Cash Reconciliation Ops Analyst on a 6 months convertible contract. This is a great opportunity for an analytical candidates to utilize their professional skills by controlling risks and driving efficiencies in a fast paced environment.

Our Client is a leading global financial institution that delivers a broad range of financial services across investment banking, securities, investment management and consumer banking.

Job Description

  • Set up new reconciliation processes with main focus on cash recon
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Product to understand and map out the flows across various internal systems
  • Understand complex systems and recommend solutions to consolidate and simplify recon processes
  • Integrate existing daily reconciliations to the new processes across internal records and external systems
  • Support ad-hoc reconciliation and reporting requests

The Successful Applicant

  • Working experience with industry leading reconciliation software, Smartsteam preferred
  • Prior experience in operations, finance, accounting support
  • Proficient in MS Excel and SQL
