Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the global commercial playbook including target segments, value propositions, pricing tiers, and packaging.
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Define sales targets and monitor performance using appropriate metrics.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to manufacturing customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify and close commercial opportunities.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to design solutions addressing customer pain points.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing products.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing regional sales teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to close commercial contracts.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Self-driven with excellent initiative to meet company KPIs.
