Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Singapore contract logistics operations, ensuring service excellence and profitability.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across all logistics functions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to identify and execute expansion opportunities in Malaysia, Thailand, and other ASEAN markets.
  • Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control measures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in commercial strategy, business development, and client management.
  • Strong operational background with deep understanding of logistics processes and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing large teams.
  • Regional exposure in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
