The network includes strategically located distribution centres and partnerships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely and consistent product availability.Job DescriptionLead the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain network development projects, ensuring alignment with overall business unit strategy.Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, cost, and deliverables across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.Identify and engage key stakeholders, understand project requirements, and develop effective communication plans for project alignment.Manage cross-functional collaboration with mid-to-senior level stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Drive project budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets.Work closely with the Business Insights team to track performance metrics, report on project outcomes, and evaluate cost savings post-implementation.Provide regular updates to sponsors and stakeholders on project progress, key milestones, risks, and recommended actions.Champion change management, including training and support to ensure smooth transitions for all stakeholders.Enforce project governance and quality standards, proactively managing risks and dependencies.Document all changes to project scope, timelines, and deliverables in a structured and transparent manner.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably within supply chain or logistics environments.Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficient in project tools and reporting software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, dashboards).Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and/or supply chain certifications (e.g. APICS) are highly advantageous.What's on OfferThe client offers candidates the opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven organization that plays a vital role in serving the community and ensuring food security in Singapore.
