Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain network development projects, ensuring alignment with overall business unit strategy.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, cost, and deliverables across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, understand project requirements, and develop effective communication plans for project alignment.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with mid-to-senior level stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive project budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets.
  • Work closely with the Business Insights team to track performance metrics, report on project outcomes, and evaluate cost savings post-implementation.
  • Provide regular updates to sponsors and stakeholders on project progress, key milestones, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Champion change management, including training and support to ensure smooth transitions for all stakeholders.
  • Enforce project governance and quality standards, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Document all changes to project scope, timelines, and deliverables in a structured and transparent manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably within supply chain or logistics environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in project tools and reporting software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, dashboards).
  • Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and/or supply chain certifications (e.g. APICS) are highly advantageous.
