The client is a fast growing Logistics player, with significant presence across international markets. They are known for its robust operations and commitment to delivering value through strategic investments and partnerships.

Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

  • Lead the full M&A lifecycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
  • Develop detailed financial models supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia and China, including Legal and external consultants
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities within logistics and transport

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
  • At least 4 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance, with a proven track record in supporting successful M&A deals
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with strategic and critical thinker
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with PRC stakeholders at HQ and to review written contracts in Mandarin
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, lean set up
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or real estate industries is advantageous
