This role covers the APAC region, dealing with Technical Textiles selling across B2B Industrial sectors. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating stock samples and pricing with HQ in Europe, and overseeing logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Job Description



  • Account Management & Sales Support
    • Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups.
    • Share stock samples and pricing after internal discussions.
    • Maintain stock-taking and sharing of marketing materials.


  • Logistics & Order Management
    • Coordinate shipments, ensuring proper tracking with HQ and warehouse teams.
    • Manage picking notes, invoices, and estimated delivery dates.
    • Work closely with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
    • Maintain accuracy of systems and records at all times.


  • Systems & Tools
    • Work with Excel and ERP systems (SAP) for tracking and reporting.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of B2B experience in Industrial sectors; Textiles and Manufacturing sectors will be a plus
  • Familiar with logistics coordination (ie. warehouse and HQ), order processing, SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Comfortable with a front-facing customer role, managing existing key accounts and customers
