The Vice President of Operations will lead both manufacturing sites in Singapore and Malaysia, overseeing end-to-end operations across production, quality, supply chain, and engineering. This role calls for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in high-precision manufacturing for the semiconductor equipment industry, full P&L responsibility, and a strong focus on operational efficiency, quality excellence, and team leadership.

My client is a global precision manufacturing company that supports the semiconductor and health-care industries. Headquartered in the U.S, with operations across APAC, they are deeply integrated in the high-tech supply chain.

Job Description



  • Lead manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and facilities functions across both sites


  • Ensure timely delivery, high-quality output, and cost efficiency


  • Improve processes using Lean/Six Sigma and drive automation and factory growth


  • Support new product launches and global technology transfers


  • Hire, coach, and lead cross-functional teams


  • Collaborate with global teams in R&D, sales, and finance


  • Manage suppliers, inventory, and logistics to support production


  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards (e.g., ISO)


  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability


  • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve key issues

The Successful Applicant



  • 15+ years of operations leadership, ideally in semiconductor or precision equipment manufacturing


  • Experience managing multiple sites, especially in Singapore and Malaysia


  • Strong skills in lean manufacturing, automation, and team leadership


  • Degree in Engineering or related field
