Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, from procurement to supply chain to warehousing distribution
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Integrate overseas supply resources and control end-to-end supply chain costs
  • Support global logistics execution for resource-intensive projects
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Analyse supply chain metrics to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Manage risks within the supply chain
  • Lead and inspire a team of logistics professionals

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimally 5 years of relevant experience, with strong operational capabilities in complex cross-border logistics
  • Demonstrated experience in the 3PL/ 4PL industry
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, global procurement, end-to-end supply chain management principles
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent negotiation skills
