Acquisitions & Investment AnalysisIdentify, evaluate, and underwrite direct real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes, with a primary focus on residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence to support investment decisions.Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions, including direct purchases, joint ventures, and structured investments.Build relationships with brokers, investment managers, developers, and operating partners to source opportunities.2. Portfolio ManagementMonitor the performance of direct real estate holdings, co-investments, and fund investments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Conduct quarterly and annual portfolio reviews, preparing investment performance reports and financial analyses.Support capital allocation decisions by assessing risk-adjusted returns across the portfolio.Evaluate exit strategies and recommend portfolio rebalancing opportunities.3. Asset ManagementOversee property-level business plans, including leasing strategies, capital improvement projects, and value-add initiatives.Work closely with property managers, operators, and joint venture partners to optimize asset performance.Track financial performance against underwriting assumptions and propose corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, tax requirements, and legal considerations.4. Fund Investments & Co-InvestmentsAssess and conduct due diligence on real estate private equity funds and co-investment opportunities.Develop relationships with fund managers and institutional partners to source and evaluate new investment opportunities.Monitor fund performance, track distributions, and assess portfolio diversification.5.
